great excitement that we offer you this
opportunity to connect and be nurtured. This
4-hour workshop is an experience that will offer
you new tools to add mindfulness and connection
with yourself and Spirit. Together Dave and
Dani will discuss as well as demonstrate
techniques that allow healing energy to naturally
and effortlessly move through your body to bring
healing, balance, and peace.

| How Did Dave and Dani
Meet? |
| Dani met Dave through
his wife, Pam. Dani had hired Pam to be
her life coach and through that experience their
friendship grew. Pam had talked about Dave
and his journey. There was a need in
Dani's family to bring grounding, healing, and
transformation so Dani called Pam and Dave to
talk about them coming to Oregon to do a private
intensive. Dave was able to offer his
gifts which in turn lead us all into our bodies
with mindfulness and allowed us to connect with
Spirit through the earth. We practiced
eating mindfully, consciously connecting with
our bodies, and then surrendering to the earth's
loving energy by resting on earth mother's
ground. | |

Dave Nelson is a Healer,
Earth Mentor, and Wellness Coach who actively
connects with the earth and offers healing
through Qigong and Reiki.

Welcome to this ground-breaking retreat. Take
advantage of this opportunity for you to be drawn into the awakened
state through the Conscious Presence field of the facilitators and
the Group Presence. Experienced guides from the Midwest will show
the way. We will be focusing on the Essential You and through many
experiential activities deepen our Conscious Presence. We will live
the Power of Now and move to Sacred Dance and Chant, practice
Reiki/Qigong to move energy for healing and greater consciousness,
have insightful discussions, and share our oneness. This is an

Details: Introduction
to reconnecting with the body's innate inner wisdom and its ability
to heal itself at all levels, mind-body-spirit. This course is
experiential in nature - you will actively explore exercises that
support self-awareness, body-awareness, grounded- and centeredness,
and an overall sense of well-being. We will explore guided
vizualization, the energy healing modalities of Reiki and Qigong,
and conscious connection with the Earth. Workload
determined by participant's desire to apply new learning to their
lives, and journaling about what they observe. No
prerequisites.
Dress to move
comfortably/layers, bring a journal, a blanket or mat, and a
curious and open mind!

David Nelson, EarthMentor, workshop
leader and healer (Reiki and Qigong) is committed to reconnecting
people to their bodies and the Earth is support of their overall
well-being.
Pamela Nelson, CMICP, is a transformational
life/wellness coach, corporate leadership coach, and Reiki
practitioner, with additional training in body-centered coaching.
She is a former Lead Staff Coach with the Ford Institute for
Integrative Coaching (San Diego, CA).
