This joy-filled and empowering workshop will
support your direct experience ‘of the moment' through heart-opening
experiential activities, including: consciously connecting with
nature, guided meditation, walking the labyrinth, conscious eating,
and other activities that reconnect us to our body and spirit
through the voice and physical movement.
Through experiential activities, this
interactive workshop offers the possibility of deepened conscious
awareness and opening one's life to greater joy and
love.

Details: Introduction
to reconnecting with the body's innate inner wisdom and its ability
to heal itself at all levels, mind-body-spirit. This course is
experiential in nature - you will actively explore exercises that
support self-awareness, body-awareness, grounded- and centeredness,
and an overall sense of well-being. We will explore guided
vizualization, the energy healing modalities of Reiki and Qigong,
and conscious connection with the Earth. Workload
determined by participant's desire to apply new learning to their
lives, and journaling about what they observe. No
prerequisites.
You are welcome to come to one or all classes - we will
have different guest presenters with us each class, more information
coming soon!
Dress to move
comfortably/layers, bring a journal, a blanket or mat, and a
curious and open mind!
If you offer compatible services,
please bring your business cards/hand-outs to share!
