The time you invest in better understanding yourself before making major life decisions -- like which college to attend, what course of major study to pursue, and what career to commit to -- will result in better outcomes for you, your loved ones, and the world.   Understanding your Strengths, talents/abilities, preferences — the whole enchilada — allows you to better align with how you are uniquely designed to succeed. 

And yes, you may have picked up on an assumption there:  I believe that EVERY person has the inherent ability to succeed!
